As a pick-up location for TEIKEI products, you will receive a revenue share of 8% for every order that is collected from your store. This additional income can be used to expand your range or to support ecological projects.

Getting started and managing your pick-up location is easy. After registering, you will receive your own profile on the TEIKEI platform, which will manage the ordering processes for your Participants and makes you visible as an official TEIKEI partner.

How the collection works

Collections are clearly structured and easy to organize. Once a month, the boxes of TEIKEI products are delivered directly to your store. On the following two days, they are ready for collection. You determine the exact time at which members can collect their products. This means that the promotion is limited to just two days a month and hardly affects your ongoing operations. If the order volumes increase and more regional products are added, the collection campaigns can also take place more frequently.

Promoting local networks and sustainability

By participating in the TEIKEI network, your store supports the local economy and promotes a sustainable supply chain. By acting as a pick-up location, you help to minimize transport routes and strengthen environmentally friendly logistics that rely on fossil-free options such as sailing ships and rail transport in the long term.

Transparency and trust

In the interests of a trusting dialog, we have made a conscious decision not to have the TEIKEI coordination office certified organic. However, our farms continue to work according to certified organic and ecological standards. The corresponding certificates will soon be available on the producer profiles in the TEIKEI marketplace.

Second step: Expand the network

After setting up an ordering community, TEIKEI will help you to encourage your existing customers and the solidarity farming network to have orders delivered directly to your store. Many people in the TEIKEI network will also benefit if a new pick-up location is established in their neighborhood.

At the Farm Food Climate Festival near Hamburg in September, an important approach was discussed in a workshop attended by TEIKEI and the Federal Association of Natural Products and Culture: Integrating organic stores more closely into the solidarity network. Information material is available to help you explain the benefits to your customers and the TEIKEI network. In this way, your store will become an important point of contact for sustainable, regional and European-regional products.
